Cancellation Policy for DIY Job Search Toolkits

1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account and navigating to the subscription settings.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

2. Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations take effect at the end of the member’s 30-day month. For example, if the member joins on the 15th of a month, and choose to cancel their membership will end on the 15th of the following month. No refunds or prorated credits will be provided for the current billing period.

3. Account Access After Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, customers will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. Afterward, access will be restricted unless a new subscription is purchased.

4. Reinstating a Subscription

  • Canceled subscriptions can be reinstated at any time by re-subscribing through the customer’s account.

5. Exceptions
